Its pancake day!!
We started today our right with my new fav since I started Oreo Pancakes!

For lunch I had veggie sandwich!
- Red pepper
- Vegan mayo
- 2 slices of toast
It was actually pretty satisfying and filling! Aaryn is absolutely in love with mango these days so that is what we had for dessert.
Supper tonight was good, I made roasted veggies: sweet potato, asparagus, broccoli and peppers!
The chicken was Josh’s!
Covered them with my favorite spices and baked on 375 for 35-40 minutes!
This was also a ONE PAN MEAL!!! I added chicken for Josh. Minimal dishes, it was amazing.
A must try for everyone out there.
